The customer service is very good. Pharmacy department are always up beat and have great energy. The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars is because for the past 2.5 years Ive been going to this location and I have yet to witness a Karen making an outburst talking about their freedom without reading the constitution...

Just had to run into customer service and check on something. Would have a higher rating if I didnt have to wear my mask, as wearing them is not actually a federal or state law.

Zero stars should be an option. Their online and in-store price is one thing, the price at the register is completely different and much higher. This has happened on several items and unfortunately I only recently realized it. Bait and switch, much? No longer shopping at Walmart. Prices arent better, customer service is worse, carts dont roll well, parking lot and store are dirty, and overall not a great place to shop.

This Walmart is extremely busy, however it is one of the best stocked and best ran stores in Vegas. I wish it was closer to my house. The people here are so nice and helpful. It is so nice to see people that truly enjoy where they work. I go out of my way to shop here. Try it out I think you will be glad you did!

Normally don’t do this but… just had the most pleasant interaction at pickup. Patricia brought me my order and she just had such a great personality that a normal grocery run actually became enjoyable. Please tell her she’s great!!!

I am writing this review to say thank you to a specific member of your staff, Ida. I usually come here Saturday mornings at around 6 or 7 AM and every single time I am greeted by Ida it makes my day so much better. She is so friendly, thoughtful and just an all-around a nice person. And not to mention she’s always got her hair and make up done even that early in the morning, get it girl! Thank you for always being a bright spot on my Saturday mornings!

My favorite Walmart! They have an amazing array of clothes for every family member. I was a little disappointed they didnt have the baby head rest for the car seat I wanted. But I got the formula I needed. My husband got some wings, yummy.Their self checkout is the best Ive seen in Vegas or Henderson, its quick and theres about thirty stations.

Both self check out areas have been blocked one side exits by Jumbl Sentry Stanchions, I didnt notice the change until pushed car to there after the pay. Asked one of the workers: if I can pass this time. the worker said:you may ask manager Dionna, she will yell at you. The YELLING part confused me, since DIONNA right close, I did ask, and DIONNA did have big attitude, which is a perfect match to DIONNAs size.

Online order and pickup is the biggest hassle I have ever experienced! Placed a order yesterday for pickup today, when I got here they didnt have my order in stock! Now I had to wait on hold for a hour just to get a refund in 7-10 days! I also have to go to another location to pick it up and had to reorder it myself! None of the staff would help me! Worst customer service and experience ever, at the Walmart on 2310 E. Serene Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89123 Store #2593. The manager would not do anything to make things right, did not even receive an apology! Do not go here to shop for groceries or any other merchandise, you will be disappointed and they will ruin your day! Walmart Supercenter you should be ashamed! 😠😢

I understand the fact companies want to save money, but to have no way to check out except to do it yourself ? I wanted to purchase 2 hummingbird feeders. They would not scan, no matter how I changed direction of the bar scan code. Do you think any of the 7 overseers of the area would acknowledge my need for assistance? I just left them in the register. I saw people just ringing up the same low cost item multiple times and then putting the more expensive product in the bag! Products are products but what sets apart each store is the customer service offered to the shopper. Walmart has lost at this part of retail

Definitely This is great Location by the Freeway. Essay Access and store haves everything you need. Just few issues when I park my car at the parking lot, was too many nails in the floor, so that was little bit risk for me /customers. I dont know if some did this in purposes, But let the manager about the incident and they take care that right away. From there I like this Walmart superstore, Great customer Services

I went to Walmart to buy luggage for my trip to California. I found a luggage 5 piece set for $59.00. I have to say what a great piece it was. The luggage was even in my favorite color of purple. Thanks Walmart for this great buy.

This review is specifically for your sales associate Colin. He is a cashier and also works self-checkout. He was so pleasant ringing up my groceries one day that I attempted to tip him. He graciously declined, as they are not allowed to accept tips, but I just wanted the store to know they have a great employee.

Love Wally World as it is a one shop stop. Just wish the prices werent so high. There are very few old school cashiers so self serve stations are the norm now. I ring up my own items, bag them and then I get to haul them out to the car so by the time I get home and then haul the bags in the house and put them away, Im exhausted. Just turned 70 years old and this old lady runs out of steam on shopping day.

Even when this Walmart is super busy I still make it out of there in 15 minutes. I love the fact they have so many self-service checkouts. The only reason why I will not give it five stars is because they only have one maybe two checkers doing it by hand. Those lines are always super long.

I am not a fan of all of the automated checkout services. I enjoy talking to a real person as Im checking out and interacting. At least they have left a few humans in that position for the few of us that really want human interaction. LOL also I was looking for a particular container that I had found at a different Walmart but no one seemed to be very helpful or to show me where things might be. I guess the day of customer service is over while they just talk to each other instead of customers.

The store was busy, but still clean and well stocked. We came in for just a few items and all were available. We went to self check out and exited store. The crew was available for questions and directed us to one item. And the exuting crew was pleasant and we had a quick conversation and wished each other a wonderful afternoon.

Just like any other Walmart, just go in and get what you need and go out. Only thing that still confusing is the greeters who check your receipt at random. Just why though? If you do it for some why not do it for all. Dont pick and choose who to check, it will look as though it is discrimination. Do it like Sams if you are going to do it.

For pick up they dropped my muffins on the ground blow off the dirt and still put them in my trunk, so gross.. they were fast which was a nice change since usually we wait for 25 minutes or so. They always forget something though and give the worst produce.

This Walmart is the kind that gives Walmart a bad name.They closed the Grocery entrance at 7:30pm and started directing everyone to the Lifestyle entrance. Of course every body hung the first right into the doors...but that’s apparently the exit because a lady was sternly telling everyone to go through the other door with an arm wave.Their Primo water machine is broken. The whole place is either going through the beginning stages of a remodel or Walmart corporate has given up on it.No one felt friendly. I’ve been to 20 different Walmarts in the part three months and this is the only one I can definitely tell someone to avoid.I’ve attached a picture that truly depicts the state of the entire store.

It’s Walmart so as far as Walmart goes it’s not the worst and it’s not the best. They are pretty understaffed and since that particular location is busy all the time to find a staff member is like pulling teeth.The facility however is modern and they just updated the self checkout so they have a ton of terminals so if you don’t want to wait longer in line use the self checkout.Other than that it’s your typical Walmart!

I love Walmart but I feel like I am always in a construction zone in this specific store. Boxs and stuff everywhere. The womens and mens clothing section were messy. There grocery selections are always stocked and well maintained. I just hate the self check out. Other than that its just another Walmart.

Just lost my business! This store now only has 2 real checkout lanes. The other 50 checkout stands are self checkout. How the hell can you expect people to want to come here to buy a cart full of groceries only to have to scan and bag your own groceries with no room to place them?? If you need less than 5 items then shop here but anything more and you should request a paycheck every time you enter to shop.

None of the Las Vegas Wal-Mart locations are really any good. The staff seem sad at all of them. Their shelves are always lacking or unstocked. The experience with walmart here in the valley are never good ones and I always try to see where my items are available before I use them as a last result. Not trying to be mean. Its just the truth.

Typic Walmart. Was disappointed to hear about all of the self-checkout. I really hope it didnt lead to a loss of jobs during Covid. Its crowded usually, the stock is messy, but you can find anything there.

They got rid of almost every cashier. The customer needs to shop, pay and bag their own groceries. The lines for self check out are about 30 to 45 minutes long. I’m not going back to Walmart. I’m now going to pay more money at Smith’s but at least they have cashiers.

Not a bad store. The self checkout was really large and more private than other Wal-Marts Ive been to. Staff was nice which is also surprising for a Wal-Mart. Hard to find what i needed though because the layout is completely different than what Im used to. Overall, a pretty decent experience.

Even with self check-out there was only 1 person to assist. It is very confusing to do bakery goods and produce.
