Character[]

The protagonist of this work. He is called Al (アル), which is a nickname rather than his real name. Before reincarnation, he worked as a corporate slave at a food company and died after being hit by a truck while in a state of overwork. He is 27 years old this year. After death, he accidentally met the god of this world, who told him that since it was the first case of a soul from another world flowing in, he would be born as he wished. However, due to his excessively high or low status from his previous life, which was too busy, it was out of the question, and he was finally born as a baron, a moderately high status, as the lord of Coliate Village, a quiet rural town in the Mistfiet Kingdom. Living with the dream of a slow life as a reaction to dying as a corporate slave, he is active and lives under the scolding of his older sister, who doesn't want to lose to anyone. While avoiding his sister and hiding, he is gradually laying the groundwork for a leisurely life by spreading the techniques, goods, and cooking he learned from his previous life bonus, which includes spatial magic, along with magic training and its applications. He can use elemental magic of fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, ice, etc., as well as non-elemental magic with flame power. He can use a total of eight attributes, including spatial magic, which is almost unknown to most people in this world, gained as a previous life perk. In particular, the last spatial attribute includes a commonly known "inventory," which allows him to carry items in the subspace of an otherworldly super-being called Klishain, as well as teleportation, which is useful for various tasks.

If this were another work, it would have been the start of a cheat life, but for him, whose ultimate goal is to "live a leisurely life on a pension and eat delicious food," all of this is merely a means to an end. The reason he chose spatial magic was that it seemed convenient for going to see places in the city or calling a doctor... "I want to go where I want to go," and he drinks cool water made with water magic from a cup made with earth magic. He practices magic training while trying to write about the same daily life. The problem is that to use such daily life, he has to train his fine magical control, which naturally develops as he frequently uses it, and his magic manipulation reaches the level of a court magician. It became a bonus that he became indifferent to the difficulty of chanting spells. Some spells, like spatial magic, require pure magical power to activate, but since he had nothing to do except stay still as a baby, he continued to train his magical power while passing time, and even now, he continues to train his magical power. The god set him up with a constitution that increases magical power well, and Elna Wal is said to have "the most magical power in the Mistfiet Kingdom." As someone from a previous life, he has a strong interest in the existence of magic, and since he has already made magic an essential element of a leisurely life, he has been obsessed with magic since he was a baby, holding magic books. Delicious food combined with new magic is a field that Alfred finds not too troublesome. Thus, as he actively tries to live a slow life, he inadvertently becomes a natural troublemaker who creates outrageous results, involving his family. The biggest victim is his father, Nord, who is busy managing the profits from the spaghetti and Othello that Alfred made. Despite being only seven years old and having made Othello at the age of four, he managed to collect enough money to buy a lifetime's worth of toys in just three years. This money returns to the household finances, allowing him to live a quite elegant life as a male writer, though it is, of course, an elegant life at the baron level.

Nord and Elna have only Elna, who is from an A-rank adventurer background, as a comparison point, so they mistakenly think of ordinary wizards at a similar level as themselves. They want to enroll Alfred in a magic academy to gain a foothold for advancement as well as magical knowledge and common sense. However, they believe that "magic can be learned through self-study, and Elna's mother will likely teach her too. Many nobles waste their resources, and they don't want to be around them. They have plenty of money saved for the future, so there's no need to work at all." This statement is not incorrect, as Alfred has almost reached a level where he can say, "It's easier to use magic than to walk," through self-study. If he gets stuck, he can ask his mother, who was an A-rank adventurer, and he can study magic as much as he wants without attending the magic academy. The possibility of finding a wizard who surpasses Elna at the academy is also low.

Secondly, Nord and Elna, who have risen from adventurers to nobles due to their fame in dragon-slaying, are incredibly popular, but some nobles struggle to navigate the strange toppings while walking, which causes them considerable difficulty. Therefore, it is understandable that their son does not want to get close to them, and he cannot be too assertive about it. Even now, many nobles know of Yulina's vase creations, Count Melnar, Vlad's works, Baron Silford, Dole's doll creations, and Yongae, a craftsman from Ringrande.

Thirdly, the funding issue is troublesome even now, as they have "gathered enough money to buy a lifetime after just a few years." However, this is also a situation where Nord has developed a part of a toy that he threatens to manage if the original creator does not do it properly. In other words, if there is not enough money, releasing the toys they had kept as a reserve would solve the problem.

In society, the toy maker known as Alfred has spread among acquaintances, and those who do not know Alfred call him the "Toy King." There have even been words that the king wants to meet him after hearing about him. Still, Triela persuaded him by saying, "The Toy King is a stubborn craftsman who dislikes being swayed by power, so he probably won't respond to an invitation, and might never make toys again if he feels he was mistaken." Instead, they decided to send one toy made specifically for the king to appease him.

As a side note, while the rest of the family are all handsome and beautiful, one person has an ordinary appearance, leading to a hidden sense of discouragement when compared to Elinora and Silvio by other nobles. Moreover, since Nord and Erna are top-level magicians, they have no idea how capable they are. Having no real experience with magic, despite the types of magic and magical power being at a level counted in the world, when Nord says, "Most magicians simply lack magical power or have weak nerves, making it difficult to continue using magic for hours," they are surprised and respond, "That's still too weak." They say, "With enough practice, magic can be performed as easily as breathing and can be maintained. It's easier than walking." Their swordsmanship seems to always be on par with Elinora, and even Alfred can swing a sword imbued with the magical power to reach several meters ahead, clearly surpassing the level of an ordinary person. Combining these two abilities, they once fought equally against Elinora while simultaneously moving ten wooden swords. Elinora remarked, "It seems like fighting multiple members of the knight order," and anyway, despite being foolish and not being able to use magic well, Elinora possesses swordsmanship skills that, if honed, would be at least B-rank level for adventurers, making it truly impressive that they fought on equal terms with such Elinora. They are simply aiming for a slow life, thinking of it as "developing a mysterious technique."

Alfred Slowlet

Yuji Inaka, a corporate slave, was run over by a truck and killed. The god of another universe, feeling sorry for Yuji, reincarnates him in a rural part of that world. Yuji receives a new life and lives calmly and leisurely in the countryside as Alfred Slowlet, the second son of a rural noble family. He was the first reborn person chosen by another planet deity, and he received the power of the ancient magic "Spatial Magic" from the gods; he possesses a magical aptitude that includes all traits. He can employ elemental magic such as fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, and ice and non-elemental magic infused with flaming power.

Living with the dream of a quiet existence as a reaction to dying as a corporate slave, he is active and is constantly chastised by his older sister, who does not want to lose to anyone. While avoiding his sister and hiding, he is gradually establishing the framework for a leisurely existence by disseminating the skills, commodities, and cookery he learned from his previous life bonus, which includes spatial magic and magic training and applications. He can use a total of eight abilities, including spatial magic, which is almost unknown to most people on this planet and was acquired as a former life advantage. In particular, the final spatial attribute comprises a well-known "inventory," which allows him to carry objects in the subspace of an otherworldly super-being known as Klishain and teleportation, which is beneficial for various purposes.

He engages in magic training while attempting to write about the same everyday life. The issue is that he must train his exquisite magical control, which comes naturally since he uses it often, to apply it in such a daily existence. He can manipulate magic to the level of a court magician. The fact that he lost interest in the challenge of chanting spells was a benefit. Since he had nothing to do but remain still as a baby, he continued to train his magical power while passing the time. He is still training his magical power today. Certain spells, such as spatial magic, require pure magical power to activate.

Other Magic Spell he used:Magic Shield」「Vision Enhancement」「Psychic」「???」

As someone from a previous life, he has a strong interest in the existence of magic, and since he has already made magic an essential part of a leisurely life, he has been obsessed with magic since he was a baby, holding magic books. The god gave him a constitution that effectively increases magical power, and Elna Wal is said to possess "the most magical power in the Mistfiet Kingdom." In just three years, he was able to accumulate enough money to purchase a lifetime's worth of toys, even though he was only seven years old and had created Othello at the age of four. Although it is an elegant life at the baron level, this money goes back into the household finances, enabling him to have a rather elegant life as a male writer.

Alfred, the toy maker, has become well-known in society, and people who don't know Alfred refer to him as the "Toy King." There have even been rumors that the king wants to meet him after learning about him. Still, Triela convinced him that "The Toy King is a stubborn craftsman who dislikes being swayed by power, so he probably won't respond to an invitation and might never make toys again if he feels he was mistaken." Instead, they sent one toy, especially for the king, to please him.
