Jade Cline and Sean Austin got married on Thursday's season premiere of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter on MTV after being together for 10 years.
The season two episode titled Till Death Do Us Part culminated with Jade, 26, and Sean, 29, exchanging vows in front of their six-year-old daughter Kloie during their wedding ceremony held in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jade and Sean, who starred on Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, were supported by friends and family, including Teen Mom franchise castmates Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, Briana DeJesus and Cheyenne Floyd.
The episode opened with the cast returning from Colombia where they had just filmed Teen Mom: Family Reunion.
'I feel like we're only home for 1.2 seconds, and then we're flying to get you married,' Cheyenne, 31, told Jade on a group video call.

Jade told Cheyenne that Catelynn Baltierra and her husband Tyler were not coming to her wedding and Leah Messer also was unable to attend.
The bride-to-be and her friend Chau were hanging out with Sean and Kloie when Jade's mother Christy arrived.
'My mom has been home and sober six months now, but her past is still haunting her. She's dealing with the legal case from six years ago where she was caught with marijuana and violated her probation,' Jade said in a confessional.
Christy had a court date just three days before the wedding and said she could face 30 days in jail for her probation violation.
'Yeah. I was going to have you and Dad walk me down the aisle,' Jade said.
She added in a confessional: 'I'm terrified that the mom that I've always wanted, the mom that I want walking me down the aisle, the mom that I want there supporting me on my special day at my wedding is going to be sitting in jail. And I feel like that's just a gut-wrenching feeling.'
Amber called her ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley, who also was going to the wedding, and told him that she was going solo.
Cheyenne and her husband Zach had an on-camera conversation about his desire to have another baby, to go along with their three-year-old son Ace and her daughter Ryder with ex Cory Wharton.

Cheyenne said she had no desire to be pregnant, liked the way her body looked and did not want to deal with post-partum depression again.
Zach said she was making it all about what she doesn't want to go through.
Ashley Jones, 27, started to consider divorce after learning that her husband Bariki 'Bar' Smith had been cheating on her.
She carefully considered how to inform their six-year-old daughter Holly of her intentions.
'I've been thinking a lot, and my trust was obviously broken. And it's a strange feeling. It's uncomfortable. It's very sad. With Bar, I feel like I just deserved unwavering support. This relationship, it's not worth it, and I just don't have the energy,' Ashley said in a confessional.
Jade was excited to get married and proud of their love journey that included having a baby at a young age and Sean going to rehab for drug abuse.

Christy was able to make it to the wedding and along with Jade's father walked her down the aisle.
Sean vowed to be the man that Jade deserved until they took their last breath and Jade during her vows said she wanted to be with him forever.
Christy during a reception speech recalled how she initially did not want Jade to marry Sean, but five years later couldn't imagine them with anyone else.
Cheyenne told her dad how Zach wanted to have another baby, but she didn't. Zach awkwardly walked in on their conversation.
Zach said they should just enjoy the wedding and talk about it later.
Amber danced closely with Jade's friend Chelsee and left the wedding reception with her.
'I let loose, man. I really did. It's been four years of not having a physical relationship with anyone. I feel like I can actually start to date, but I can be non-codependent with it. And this time, I feel really secure with myself,' Amber said in a confessional.

The spin-off series was first announced in May 2022 following the cancellations of Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2.
The franchise started with the original MTV show 16 And Pregnant that premiered in June 2009.
