- White Chocolate Chips
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Salt

How to Make Vanilla Fudge:
Step 1. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave using 30 second intervals. Make sure to use a microwave safe bowl. Once melted, stir in the condensed milk and vanilla with a wooden spoon.
Step 2. Line the baking dish with wax paper. Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the pan with a spatula so it has a smooth top. Allow to cool at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to set for about an hour.
Step 3. Lift the fudge out of the pan and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares.
Step 4. Place on a platter and serve.

Ingredients
- 18 oz White Chocolate Chips
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish.
Microwave the chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until they are melted.
Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt.
Line an 8X8 baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the pan.Slightly bang the pan on the countertop to even out the top layer of the fudge.
Allow to cool at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to set (for approximately 1 hour).
Cut and serve. Enjoy!
