LOL. There is so much projection in this post. You were wrong from day 1 about the very basic facts about the ACC and rather than admit that you were mistaken or just adjusting your views as new information emerged, you double and triple down, even passing off fake quotes to try to justify your nonsense.

Of course he isn’t a legal scholar. Neither are you. But I’m sure he knows plenty of people that are very knowledgeable about the law. I’m also sure he knows plenty of people that are very familiar with this and they have talked to the real decision makers at the schools and those are the people that know what‘s going to. He has thousands of followers that listen to him 2-3 times a week. He wouldn’t say things if he weren’t sure they were going to happen.

I don’t think so. The conferences are very different. The Big 10 has already taken 4 schools from the Pac 12 and they’re likely to take 3 or 4 more. They need to get rid of some of that excess because the conference distributions are going to be too small even though some of those teams aren’t going to get a full share for a number of years.

So anyone that disagrees with you is an idiot. He has a couple hundred thousand people that listen to him. How many listen to you. Nobody. LOL

This whole thing is not going to come down to lawsuits. The ACC has been a corrupt conference for years. And when that comes out in court, they’ll be done.

Pate is a college dropout who was working in a fabric warehouse until he caught on in sports radio. All due respect, but I will go with my own decades of experience as a commercial litigator. Pate may be sure that FSU really will be out of the ACC in 3 months. I bet Harold Camping was convinced that all of his failed predictions of the end times were accurate. The problem is there is insufficient reason why anyone else should believe it.

I found it strange that some people can't see that these YouTube creators and podcasters are ENTERTAINMENT.

They are telling people what they WANT to hear!

"Wow, our last video on realignment got 50K views...Let's talk about that again this week!"

FSU lawyers were busy this weekend. They also filed their 2nd amended complaint in Leon county, FL. The ACC now has 20 days to file a response. Expect a motion to dismiss/stay on day 20...
